Service scope and liability limitation
1. What ShieldProxy provides
ShieldProxy is a control plane for reverse-proxy automation: connecting your Cloudflare account, configuring DNS and Origin CA where applicable, and managing nginx reverse-proxy sites on a shield VPS you supply (Self-Managed) or on assigned Fully Managed shield capacity. We are not a content host, CDN, or load-balancing product.
2. No content hosting
We do not host, store, manage, or curate customer website or media content on the control plane. Content remains on origin infrastructure you operate (or third-party backends you choose). Fully Managed plans provide shield capacity for reverse-proxy configuration—not a place to upload site files.
3. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the legality of content and traffic on your origin, your Cloudflare account standing, and compliance with applicable laws and provider terms. ShieldProxy assumes no liability for content or use of the reverse-proxy path you configure.
4. Service termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or that create operational risk to shared Fully Managed capacity, without prior notice when necessary.
